When the quotation is accepted and fully understood by potential tenant, details of fees payable will be sent with banking details and reference number.

Tenant to make deposit payment into our bank acount.

Once payment has been received, your lease will be drawn up.

We will contact you to come sign your lease and then give you the keys to move in.
